NOW HIRING: Account Manager (Full-Time) (Hybrid)

This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week).

IMPORTANT: The preferred candidate will be able to work 1-2x a month from our Phoenix, AZ office, but fully remote candidates will also be considered.

The ideal account Manager:

The Account Manager will specialize in the management of client projects. You will optimize our full-service digital marketing strategies with an attention to detail, focusing on social media platforms and marketing calendars. This person relays all client marketing requests to the relevant account leads in order to achieve client goals across social media, email marketing, content/video marketing, and influencer marketing. This role also leads client communication via email and virtual meetings. You will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, strong leadership skills, and an unwavering passion for clear communication and organization in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal team to ensure client requests and deadlines are met 

  • Sending content approvals per the client sending schedule and relaying feedback to team

  • Consistently create clear and compelling copy free of spelling, grammatical and formatting errors.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing comprehensive insights and recommendations to clients and internal team

  • Identify opportunities for improvement to optimize results and maximize client ROI.

  • Understanding of marketing platforms, trends, and best practices, with a passionate dedication to staying informed and incorporating innovative media strategies

  • Collaborate with clients, account managers, graphic designers, and social media managers to ensure every idea is as good as it can be

  • Manage client onboarding, lead client meetings, and provide ongoing client service

  • Provide feedback, guidance and assistance, to creative team members

  • Work on multiple client projects; meet assigned deadlines

  • Adhere to the brand guidelines for each client

  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries

  • Participate in team meetings and complete ongoing training

Required Skills + Abilities

  • Attention to Detail - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Leadership Skills - Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals specializing in social media management with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Service-Oriented- Actively looking for ways to help people

  • Computer Skills – Must be proficient in using common programs such as Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, Asana, and Slack and be able to operate basic office machines

  • Writing Skills - Advanced knowledge of grammar and writing in English. Consistently create clear and compelling copy free of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors.

Experience + Education

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or project management, with a specialization in social media and/or marketing management

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, and/or Communications major, or similar degree field

  • Strong knowledge of marketing platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify, Canva, and Klaviyo 

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (like Later) and task management systems (like Asana)

Pay:

  • $55-65k/year, depending on experience
