5 Accounts That Do IG Reels Well Without Showing Their Face

So you want to jump on the IG Reels bandwagon, but don’t have or want to put a face to your brand? We hear ya! Luckily, brands like yours are still 100% able to post IG Reels that are just as effective. Read on for five accounts to turn to for inspiration!

@THESOCIALMEDIA.CEO

We’ve always admired @thesocialmedia.ceo for their social media presence, so it comes as no surprise that they’re at the top of this list. We highly recommend using this account as inspiration for service-based businesses that aren’t looking to show their face on Instagram Reels. They post two types of IG Reels without showing their face: informative and entertaining memes.

Let’s first take a look at their IG Reels containing memes. This is genius. If you’re an account that typically posts this kind of content, why restrict memes to a feed post when the exposure and reach of Reels are often far greater? You can find an example of one of our favorites by them here.

The Social Media CEO also kills it with their informative IG Reels. These IG Reels are aesthetically pleasing graphics that contain a lot of valuable tips and information for their audience to enjoy. You can check one out here

@WILDFLOWERDESIGN.CO_

This talented brand designer, Katie, regularly posts IG Reels showing the behind-the-scenes of her business and we. are. HERE FOR IT. This is a great idea for service-based businesses because it helps give your audience an inside look of your brand, which can help foster a relationship and build trust.

You can find an example of Katie’s behind-the-scenes IG Reels here, where she shares a peek at her computer screen as she creates brand guidelines for a client. When filming this content, you can record the Reel as a regular video or timelapse paired with either a trending sound playing or voice-over recording further explaining what is being shown.

@KRISTENFORGIONE

If you aren’t already following Kristen, you’re missing out on some SERIOUS interior design inspiration. Not only that, she kills it at IG Reels too! Have an office or storefront? Consider sharing a tour of the space like Kristen did of a pantry here. Your audience will love this behind the scenes look of your biz!

Does your product or service result in a transformation of some sort? Hellooo, before and afters! You can find an example of one of her’s here. Sharing a before and after of your work is a great way to showcase your skill and expertise in the industry.

P.S. Make sure it's SUPER clear which picture is the before and which is the after (even if it's obvious), so the internet trolls don't come for you. ;)

@TULA

Tula does a great job using IG Reels to provide value to their audience. Check out this IG Reel, where they share a quick how-to. As a brand that sells skincare products, they created this post to not only promote their offerings but also educate their audience on the best way to layer skincare. The beauty of it all? No face of the brand was needed to do it!

@JUNA.WORLD

Juna World might just have the most aesthetically pleasing IG Reels EVER. I mean, tell us you don’t want to watch this IG Reel on repeat all day?!

We love this IG Reel by @juna.world x @theherbsomm for a few reasons. First, it’s stunning. Second, it should inspire you to take advantage of your next brand photoshoot. If you’re a product-based business, film a few Instagram Reels of your products styled at your next shoot to capture a beautiful clip like this one!

The third thing to love is that it includes a tutorial that provides value to their audience. The more value that is provided, the more likely a user will be to share and engage with the post! Here is another Reel where they showcase their products in action through a tutorial. Love it!
