Patten House – A Legacy of Arcadia Charm, Built to Last

When a family-owned custom home builder needed branding that reflected their timeless values and Arcadia roots, we knew exactly how to bring it to life (especially being AZ locals ourselves!).

With deep respect for their heritage and community, we worked closely with their team to design a brand identity that felt equal parts elevated and approachable — just like their team! Our goal? To create a classic, versatile visual brand that could gracefully live on anything from a French chateau mood board to a contemporary hillside home.

We developed a refined logo suite, a warm and traditional color palette, and a collection of thoughtful brand elements that reflect the charm of Arcadia living. To set them up for success, we also crafted branded templates, business cards, and supporting design assets to keep the Patten House brand cohesive across platforms.
