Now Hiring: Senior Digital Marketing Strategist (Full-Time)

Homemade Social is looking to add a collaborative, creative, detail-oriented, and social media-obsessed Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to our growing team!

This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week). Candidate must be able to work Monday, Wednesday & Thursday in our Phoenix, AZ office. No fully remote options are available.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist specializing in social media management to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this hybrid role, you will develop, implement, and optimize our digital marketing strategies with meticulous attention to detail, particularly focusing on social media platforms and visual content. This person knows how to connect with our clients’ intended audiences in order to achieve client goals across social media, email marketing, content/video marketing, and influencer marketing The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, strong leadership skills, and an unwavering passion for social media management in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. 

We’re a team (and act like it!), and we expect this candidate to collaborate with the rest of our agency in a fun, professional manner.

Must have reliable transportation to and from our Phoenix office

Duties and Responsibilities 

The following reflects the essential duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign the responsibilities of this job at any time. 

  • Concept ideas in all mediums and channels for digital marketing clients that are strategic, insightful, relevant, and original

  • Analyze social media campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) with meticulous detail, identifying granular insights and opportunities for improvement to optimize results and maximize client ROI.

  • Deep understanding of marketing platforms, trends, and best practices, with a passionate dedication to staying informed and incorporating innovative strategies into marketing efforts across social, email, content, and influencer marketing

  • Collaborate with clients, account managers, graphic designers, and social media managers to ensure that content performs and meets KPIs

  • Plan, create and manage social media content for clients; oversee all new content and images for each client to create consistent brand messaging. 

  • Participate in client consultations and onboarding as needed; provide ongoing client service.

  • Responsible for completing all creative and production projects for Homemade Social and our clients through the management of the available resources

  • Creatively direct, attend to, shop for, and oversee photo shoots and provide art direction to ensure design output captures the overall creative strategy

  • Edit engaging, on-brand copy for captions, web content, blogs, promotional emails, infographics, and all forms of social media

  • Provide feedback, guidance and assistance, to creative team members

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media marketing efforts, providing comprehensive insights and recommendations to clients and internal team.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specialization in social media management

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, and/or Communications major, or similar degree field

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (like Later)

  • Passion for social media and on top of current social media best practices and trends

Pay:

$60-75k/year, depending on experience
