INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT

Episcope Hospitality launched Hearsay & Perks in the Esplanade

When Episcope Hospitality brought us in on their two newest Phoenix concepts, Perks and Hearsay, neither had an existing audience, a following, or a single piece of creator content to their name. Our job was to make their grand opening feel like a can’t-miss moment. Nestled inside the Esplanade of the Biltmore District, the concepts live in a hub for business life, but we knew there were three key niches we had to target with our collaborations: business professionals, Biltmore regulars, and local foodies.

We started with audience strategy before we ever reached out to a single creator. The Biltmore District context was key: we identified three niches with the highest likelihood of driving both opening-day traffic and lasting loyalty: business professionals, Biltmore regulars, and local foodies. Every partnership we built was mapped back to at least one of those groups.

From there, we handled everything: creator sourcing, outreach, negotiations, coordination, and multi-platform content placement. Every partnership was chosen with intention. Not just reach, but the right reach, in front of the people most likely to walk through the door and come back.

In three months, @hearsayphx grew by 817.23% . We generated 2.2 million in reach across the campaign, creating a buzz-worthy launch that positioned both Perks and Hearsay as go-to destinations in Phoenix from the moment they opened.

This wasn't just a follower number. It was proof that the right creator strategy, built before launch, can make a brand feel established before it's had the chance to earn it the slow way.

Furthermore, to ensure we got new reservations booked from our creators, we gifted them an additional $150 gift card to host a giveaway on their accounts, further boosting reach and building anticipation for these newly opened concepts!

What made this work wasn't just volume — it was specificity. We didn't cast wide and hope. We built a targeted list, pitched with purpose, and managed every relationship from first contact to final post. That's the model we bring to every launch: know the audience first, then find the creators who already speak to them.
